At every stage, Nortec worked together with us, ensuring that what was a pretty involved project did not hinder the day to day running of our business. This included Simon & his team, working nights and weekends outside our normal business hours. I was regularly kept up to date with each stage of the process and invited to discuss various options with regard to different parts of the installation. Any additional requirements we had that weren't covered in the initial quotation were swiftly catered for at little or no added cost.

On completion, I received a detailed file containing schematics, equipment installed, safety lighting, how to routinely test the safety lighting and trade certification.
